We have dates and locations booked in Plaistow, Derry, and Salem.

 

Plaistow: 7/17- 7/18 and 7/31- 8/1

Derry/Londonderry: 6/26- 6/27

Salem: 6/26- 6/27

 

If these locations are not suitable to your location and you have additional locations that you would like to use PLEASE let us know!

 

Locations and details are on the sign up sheets on the desk in the gym.

 

This is a great Fundraiser! Last year we had one athlete raise $660.00 in two hours on a Saturday, and Two hours on a Sunday.

To All Girls Tagging :

 

1. Remember to bring your own can to tag with, and be sure the name "eXtreem Cheer" is clearly displayed on the front of can. There must be a parent or responsible adult at the tagging location at all times.

 

2. Please go into store and check in with either manager, head cashier, etc. and let them know you are there to tag for eXtreem cheer.

 

3. When you are done your shift, you DO NOT need to wait for the next person - you can leave when your time is up.

4. Please take all your tagging funds home with you. Carefully count the total and be sure to separate all bills and coins. Write your name, phone number and total amount rec'd on a piece of paper and put this along with all funds into a secured zip lock bag. Please bring the zip lock bag to your first practice at eXtreem.

                                                                                                                            5. You can wear either your uniform, an       eXtreem shirt -

                                                                                                                or if you are new to the gym and do not have either of these,

                                                                                                                please dress appropriately and try to wear the gym colors of red or black.

                                                                                                        6. Please remember while you are tagging,

                                                                                                          YOU are a representative of the entire gym,

                                                                                                            please act appropriately and courteously to all individuals. 

                                                                                                    7. Lastly, please put SAFETY FIRST! 

                                                                                                      You are not expected to tag in severe weather,

                                                                                                      so please use common sense!

                                                                                           Candy boxes will be in the gym from Thurs. 6/17!

                                                                                 This is probably the easiest seller! And can be throughout the season.

                                                                                       Average cost for a box of candy is $10 – 12…

                                                                                       with at least 30 bars inside selling at $1 A BAR!!!

                                                                                   We will have candy available in the gym on June 21st!

 

                                                                                             YANKEE CANDLES

                                                                                          This Fundraiser will begin mid- august ending on Sept. 12th!

                                                                                     This will pay 40% to your account. Money MUST be in before 9/12,

                                                                                             So that we can receive the candle end of Sept. beginning of Oct.

                                                                                               BP gas station at the Derry Traffic Circle,
