Minis - Monday 5-7 pm

Youth - Thursday 6-8 pm and Sunday 12 -2 pm

Juniors - Wednesday 6-8 pm and Sunday 5-8 pm

Seniors - Tuesday 6-8 pm and Sunday 11 am - 1 pm

eXtreem Athletes returning for the new season, bring a friend and if they join the gym, you get a FREE SESSION! If they join a Half Year team, you get a FREE CLASS!

If you have graduated high school and are still 18 years old as of August 31, 2010 ,

you are still eligible to make a senior level team.
